Embryome Sciences, Inc. focuses on products for the differentiation and expansion of human embryonic progenitor cell types. These cells are primitive cell types derived from the human embryonic stem cells that have not terminally differentiated. We are pleased to offer you, our valued customer, our guarantee of quality products and quality customer service to aid you in your research programs.
Embryome Sciences has launched two kinds of research products this year:
The first product, the
Embryome.com Database, is a commercial database that provides the first detailed map of the embryome, thereby aiding researchers in navigating the complexities of human development and in identifying the many hundreds of cell types coming from embryonic stem cells. This map of the human and mouse embryome takes the form of a relational data base that would permit researchers to chart the cell lineages of human development, the genes expressed in those cell types, and antigens present on the cell surface of those cells that can be used in purification.
Second, in order to manufacture specific cell types from embryonic stem cells, researchers need to use factors that induce those cells to become a desired cell type.
Embryome Sciences plans to develop growth and differentiation factors that can do this, and the first of these products is available for purchase.
SPF Chick Embryo Extracts are also available for purchase. Embryome Sciences is pleased to announce that two books,
The Immortal Cell, by Dr. Michael D. West and
Review of Medical Embryology by Dr. Ben Pansky are both now available for purchase at our site.
Embryome Sciences plans to launch a third category of near-term embryomics in 2009. This includes a line of purification tools useful to researchers in purification and quality control analysis of products in regenerative medicine.
